- Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed to stay at the property without a parent or
legal guardian.
- Non-government IDs are not accepted as valid proof of identity.
- A valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
- Smoking within the premises is strictly prohibited.
Payment Policy
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, NEFT/RTGS Bank Transfers, UPI and Cash.
- Full payment (Room Rate + Tax) for the entire stay will be collected at check-in.
- All pending charges must be settled upon check-out.
- Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Some booking plans are non-refundable. Please verify your booking before confirmation.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will incur 100% cancellation charges.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 weeks.
